For the Data Science Accelerator program, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you meet all "Fair Play" conditions outlined below and do not receive a "Qualified Job Offer" within nine (9) months of the program start date, we will issue a full refund of the program fee.
A. Qualified Job Offer Definition: A "Qualified Job Offer" is defined as a full-time, salaried Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Analyst, or equivalent role with a total annual compensation of at least $70,000 USD.
B. "Fair Play" Conditions
To qualify for this guarantee, you must act in good faith and complete the following:
Active Participation: Attend at least 80% of the weekly 1:1 calls during the program duration.
Project Completion: Complete the "Can't-Ignore" portfolio project (Capstone) to the standard agreed upon with the Coach.
Application Proof: Fully cooperate with the 'Job Search Machine' process to submit a minimum of 300 targeted applications.
Work Authorization: Maintain legal authorization to work in the US for the duration of the 9-month guarantee period.
You should also be willing to relocate anywhere in the US, if required by the job.
For all other products or services outside of the specific Data Science Accelerator program, sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
